Design of Experiments Check List This checklist based on material found in Understanding Industrial Designed Experiments by Stephen R. Schmidt, 1997 is a very useful tool to aid with the planning of DOE. The checklist is provided in MS Word for ease of customization. 

DPMO to Sigma Capability This chart is useful for converting short term deffect data into the Sigma Capability. The Sigma Capability has accounted for a 1.5 sigma shift. The chart is provided in MS Word. 

Confidence Interval for Proportions Spreadsheet This is an Excel spreadsheet for calculating exact confidence intervals for proportions. It is particularly useful for small proportions or proportions close to 1.
